@Ricky+1957 have you recently changed your Sky hub to a white one? If so the Q minis need to be connected tomthe main Q box rather than the hub. Use the WPS buttons to do that.
If thst doesnt apply post again and a superuser will movectge oost tomthe Sky Q forum.
