Re: Mini box issues and constant drop oits
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Mini box issues and constant drop oits
@Miketj it sounds like you have a new white Sky hub. These newer hub's do not support the old Sky Q wifi mesh. Only the mainQ box now connects to the hub. The extra Sky SSID you have seen is the closed wifi network the Sky Q box produces so you can connect your Q mini boxes. Therefore connect the Q minis by wps to the main Q box. You have also lost use of the wifi hotspots the Q boxes used to offer when you had the black hub which is probably why some of your devices hsve lost connection.
If you cannot stabilise your network talk to Sky as they may need an engineer to come out to optimise things and supply any boosters you now require.
