Midleading Customers

Hi There, 
 
I hope you're well! 
I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding the service I received from your agent, Manish.
Throughout our interaction, I found the agent to be unprofessional. Each time I asked a question, he either avoided answering or changed the subject without addressing my concerns. When I requested to speak with another agent, this request was completely ignored, which added to my frustration.
As a Sky customer of over seven years, I am disappointed with this experience. The level of support I received does not reflect the standard I would expect from your company. Based on this interaction, I would be very unlikely to recommend Sky to others, as it did not feel like my concerns were being taken seriously or addressed appropriately.
I provided all the necessary information requested, yet my queries remained unresolved. I also raised concerns about potentially misleading communication regarding current plans and pricing, but this was not properly addressed. This lack of clarity and response only reinforces my concerns.
I intend to escalate this matter further, including contacting Sky directly via email and reaching out to senior leadership on LinkedIn, supported by screenshots of the conversation.
I would appreciate a prompt and thorough response to this issue.

I tried reaching out to Sky today asking regarding a email I recieved saying about my Current Pakcage will be changing to £65.50 as of 28th March and when I spoken to customer services they told me I should have called that time. I have emailed them regarding this as I like to reduce my price and renew my contract as I ahhve been with them for 7 years.  I ended up removing everything and just keeping the internet as the person was so rude and did not even answer to my question which was midleading from them and they told me is not true.

Too late now as you've cancelled (although you may still receive another offer during the notice period) but you should have contacted Sky to negotiate a new discount which would have meant another 24 month deal.

The contract won't be cancelled until 31 days.
