Mcafee internet security has not been offered by Sky for a number of years now. You can't install it on any new devices and existing devices licences should have expired by now. If you want to renew you'd need to deal with Mcafee directly and pay their subscription.

Re: Mcafee internet security
If you are still being charged for it then that must mean you havent touched your Sky contract in about 5+yrs so its time to give them a call and sort it out

An existing installation might still be updating: one would hope the software would warn if it's not doing so. New installations and central management through Sky isn't available and hasn't been for a considerable time.

Re: Mcafee internet security
Hi, i have just joined sky and in my sky account under my product settings i have Internet security.
It says the tool is broken to manage McAfee security and it says get in touch to cancel.
Could someone please explain because i do not want it and did not sign up to it.

Same issue as Rijam here -
Just signed up to Sky fiber, and the MySky app makes it look like I have this "McAfee Internet Security" and need to do a web form to cancel.
Can they update it to explain it probably doesn't apply to New customers?

It definitely doesn't apply. Why Sky continues to fail to make that clearer is frankly a mystery: we've drawn it to their attention numerous times.
