WiFi often cuts out despite health check showing no issues. Also impacts sky tv box with it displaying an error message

Message for Tom - I was not clear on how I access speech bubble at bottom of screen - so trying to make contact ref issue of Q boxes cutting out intermittently and
sometimes reconnecting themselves without a manual reset.This issue has only occurred since our recent upgrade to Sky Fibre Broadband ie new router.I have done Service Check on App to confirm All is well with service levels in area and wireless connections.
