I need help managing my McAfee subscription, since I have sky broadband at home I can't use the free subscription. Does anyone know how to do it? Sky prefers to postpone customer problems in the discussion, maybe someone will help someone before Sky wants to change and do something.
Your post isn't clear what you want to do so do you want to cancel McAfee ?
