Max pod
Shocking service, no one knows how to fix. Unable to connect max pod when trying to activate it's shows unable to as max hub not activated despite the hub working and being active.

@MattyIrv1988 That is going to be a sky call and a sky fix, the Forum is NOT sky Cust Service does sound like an account/hub/pod mismatch for all!

I know this is not customer service. I have contacted them several times and still not fixed. Customer service is terrible!
