Broadband issues

I cannot play any Disney, apple or Netflix videos, test my broadband and WiFi connection and sky tell me everything is working fine. 
why do you lie to your customers!!! 
what is wrong with my broadband and WiFi? 
please explain.

As you are only talking to other customers on here you will need to call Sky about this if this line test is showing no issues either:
