Max pod not working

Received new sky hub and sky max pod yesterday, hub appears to be connected but max pod is not working.  Tried moving to different locations within the living room and no joy.  Can anyone help?

This is no help it's just directing me to sky app and I've tried all of this still not working, can you suggest anything else?

@Jess1411 Have you done the problem setting up on the link, looked at the video it has?

@Jess1411 define not working. The pods show no lights when connected and intially may not appear to be boosting speeds as it takes a few hours while the hub optimises the network. The pods should be placed halfway between the hub and the area needing the boost.
