Sky q box won't connect to hub

I've turn everything off and back on sky q box will not find the hub. I've restarted them separately and together and they won't find each other . Service checker says everything's OK. Then says can't continue service checker

@Dave12m you can connect a main Q box to any Sky hub but if connecting to the new white hub go into the TV box's menu and use the method of choosing the SSID and typing the pasword rather than using the wps method recommended for Sky hubs.
