Max 100 - disgustingly slow
Just did 5 x speed tests in 24 hrs for new hub and was averaging 1.9 yes 1.9 mbps download, and 5.6 upload - what a joke - better off with a dial up modem highest it went once!!! 23.57/11.11

@BigJock666 if those are the speeds tothe hub it would indeed be poor. However internet speed tests do not always tell the full story. You can check the speed Sky thinks you are getting by going into the service checker in the My Sky app if you click on the last test result it willshow the history for the last 4 weeks and if the speed is below the gurantee then it should offer you further help.
Assuming that thise speeds are OK the most likely cause of your very low speed tests will be thst they are measuring the WiFi speed to your device and given those are oursiide Sky's control they are not guranteed in the same way. WiFi spedds depend on the layout of your home and what solid object the signal has to pass though to reach your device.
