Master socket relocate

iv been trying to arrange for my master socket to be relocated to another room for months now and not getting any where it's holding us up with decorating (we have moved house)sky say the problem is with open reach we know it's £65 charge that's not a problem just so frustrated we can't get a date to have it done 😡.can't understand the problem  .

• If it's a non-standard installation OR are notoriously slow in dealing with it and they are of course busy with FTTP.
• It took me about six weeks to get a team that could work on a flat roof to turn up.
• Perseverance seems to be the only answer.
