At random points throught the day and night my internet connection is lost, then about a lifetime later (ok a few minutes) it comes back. But when your trying to watch live tennis (espically when you have a bet on) or play online poker or converse with family and friends those few minutes seem like a lifetime. I have gone through the health checks 9/10 says there is no problem with it says my hub isnt turn on the rest of time (though its never off). trying to find a way to report this issue to get it check seems impossible i can't find a number anywhere on the site just keeps taking me back to run the same tests. Asking me what type of connection i have then telling me everything is hunky dory, 2 hours later Aleze telling me she cant connect to the internet.
Why can't phone numbers be listed on the site or even email address (does anyone still use email?)

Try running a broadband line check with the Sky App to see if it finds a fault and allows you to book an engineer to investigate the issue. The telephone number for Sky is 150 from your landline in the UK.
