Managing multiple accounts

Good morning

We have several letting properties with Sky Broadband and it was quite difficult to set up all of the accounts.

Now we have a problem with one of the broadband accounts and I want to try and log in to see the information.  But although I have separate account numbers for each account, when I log in, it defaults to one of the accounts but not the one I want to access.

Is there a way of changing between accounts using the account number rather than email address

I suspect that's contractually dubious, and as you've discovered there are no facilities for multiple account management because it's not an anticipated scenario.

There isn't anyway to do this and while you haven't said how you have set these accounts up the easiest way us to use different email addresses with them.
