Lower Speeds

I have paid for 1GB and am getting 90Mbps speed. This isn't the first time speeds have been greatly reduced. What is the point in getting the faster speeds when the speed actually being provided is so LOW

Re: Lower Speeds

@Galphy_House Is it ALL the time you are at the 90Mb/s speed? That can indicate your wan/lan connection cable is a possible issue with a bad connection on the cable!

Re: Lower Speeds

Hi, seems to stay around there. Ring sky service, they do an update and will work fine for awhile and then slow again

Re: Lower Speeds

@Galphy_House Have a look at the service checker for you system with the 30 day history to the hub, see the sample post 4 as to what that looks like then go take a look at yours from the 2nd link.! Broadband then the > to expand it all and see the history!
