Connecting for 10-20 minutes at a time
Sky full fibre 500. Was ok till last few days, now, connection drops and no internet, but devices still connected to the router. G them after a few more minutes, can't even connect to the WiFi. Wired devices also lose internet connection Status check in the app says everything is fine, clearly isn't. The WiFi eventually reconnects, but the internet is still unavailable on all devices WiFi or Ethernet. Logging into the router I test connectivity sends 4 packets, receives 0. To regain for a few minutes I need to reset the router and the ONT. It's driving me mad. I am in WF1 postcode, if that helps. Having to use mobile phone to write this in pure desperation

@thelegendrush Openreach connected or CityFibre connected for the fibre, you need to do one at a time, establish is it the sky Hub or the ONT that has the connection issue! Suggest you look at the ONT lights first! Decide what to reset and leave the other alone!
