Low wifi speed

My wifi speed is only 29mps and it says that I have should have a speed of at least 60mps what should I do I've gone through all the steps and still nothing

It's a black router. I've phoned sky and they are sending an engineer out tomorrow

The Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed is not for WiFi: it's speed over cabling as far as the Hub.
