Low speed

Has my internet for 2 weeks now it's very slow. When I do a check on sky app it comes up poor speed, I should be getting 600 plus I'm lucky if I get 54 🤷‍♀️

Broadband speed

I had an issue with low broadband speed, so was sent another hub, this one seems worse. Not even anywhere near the guaranteed speed, meant to get 600+ lucky if it's getting to 100!  I now also struggle to get a signal upstairs

Not over WiFi.  The Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed is over the optical fibre and ethernet cable as far as the Hub, not wirelessly beyond it.  All WiFi is zero Mbs on the far side of a few walls.

Still doesn't explain why I'm struggling to get a signal upstairs when I did with the other box and I was getting higher speeds this new box is worse!

Broadband issues sick of it!

Can someone from SKY actually comment so I can get this sorted! Very low  signal upstairs! Already recieved a new router, still not any good! Getting sick of it now!
