Low signal strength
Good day, we recently switched to sky and received a new router.
since this happened we have about 309mos as wifi speed but signal strength is down to 75% in the room immediately next to the router.
the router is in a cupboard due to plug and fibre port location in the house, but with the door open we only get ~85% signal strength.
Devices are experiencing signal issues on WiFi with apps crashing due to connection issues and the PS5 has issues too.
is this a router strength issue and therefore do we need an extender, or do we have a device limit issue on the router?
many thanks.

Re: Low signal strength
@AdamL2 You should get better results if you movectge hub out in the open on a surface so it is above obstructions like radiators. You may need to source a longer Ethernet cable to connect the hub to the ONT but putting any WiFi source in a cupboard is not at all sensible.
