Disable 5ghz

I need to disable the 5ghz option and have tried the suggestions on previous posts but nothing worked. I have uninstalled and reinstalled mysky but that didn't work. I pressed the wps button on the hub, it flashed then stopped flashing. I logged back into mysky but I can still only see the broadband shield option. I logged onto the ip address but it asks for a login from there.

Any other suggestions please? Thanks.

To log into the IP web address you enter admin as the user name and the password on the bottom of the router (even if you've changed the wifi password).
