Low not working
My internet starts today and I have a red light as my LOS, (Removed) I think I'm missing a purple wire?

Re: Low not working
No purple wire is required when you have an Openreach ONT as its full fibre. LOS stands for loss of service which means you have not yet been activated or the activation has failed.
