How can I roll back from the latest firmware?

I have been having issues between my broadband and my Apple Homepod for the past couple weeks.

As others have posted it is an issue with the latest firmware (7.03.0400.R). I have also confirmer this with testing the homepod on other networks and it has no issue conneting or operating.

I am looking to roll back to the firmware before the issue cropped up.

How do I go about this?

You can't. Sky will be working to resolve it as quick as possible and a firmware update is hopefully around the corner to resolve the issue

There is no way for a user to do so themselves.  In very rare circumstances Sky can access their hardware remotely on a case-by-case basis to carry out such tasks, but the larger thread on this issue doesn't indicate that's happening.
