Low network bandwidth

Only had sky broadband one week and had low network bandwidth message on a zoom call. The call also disconnected three times in 45 minutes, as well as freezing. What needs to be done to stop this and get a good service?

@HG15 You would be better to next to the sky hub when you try your next zoom call, see if that helps!
