Low broadband speed. Over 2 weeks below1Mbps

My broadband speed is about0.8Mbps - the lowest was0.2Mbps. I can't find anyway to contact Sky direct so they can do something

I use ethernet and the router is a Sky type    SKYN2D31

How are you measuring the speed? Ethernet or wifi

Your hub stats as shown above will help us in determine if its an external fault, the router or the cable

@Richard+JonThose numbers and letters look like your SSID for your Wi-Fi. Which router do you have from the link below.
