Low WiFi speed

We were due a new router when we had our new sky subscription but for whatever reason the engineer didn't install a new router. We are getting speeds of less than 10gb which is not what I am paying for. Can you either send an engineer or send me the latest router as mine is over 10 years old. Thanks
