Superfast is anything but fast other than on a wired connection?
Having recently upgraded to Superfast my broadband when connected via ethernet appears to test at about 400 mbs, so not to shabby vs advertised speeds. However the wifi when i'm next to the router if half that at only 200 mbs. This gets slowly worse around the house where on the whole it struggles to get above 50-60 mbs. It also cuts out more frequently. Prior to upgrading I had similar download speeds so a faster connection hasn't bought the benefits that I hoped for. I have 1 Sky Q box and 2 mini boxes acting as wifi extenders as well as a wifi extender/booster box that Sky fitted last year.
Really hoping to find a solution that can improve speeds around the house

That's an Ultrafast rather than a Superfast product.
Ultimately, faster broadband delivered to a router cannot overcome the attenuation of wireless signal through building fabric.
Also worth noting that Sky Q dates from early 2016 and was never specified to sling FTTP speeds around a property: to have a chance of that you'd need a modern mesh system.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

Thanks for helping me to understand the limitations. How can sky provide me with a router that can only provide me with a maximum of 200 mbs half that of whas expected? Can Sky provide me with a better hub?
