Low Broadband Speed

I have only had Superfast Fibre 300 for 3 weeks and to date my fastest test only showed 90 not the 300 I was promised!! I am not interested any longer in the messages that tell you to go to "Need More Help" as it simply takes you round in circles or the "dial 150" as I dont have a Sky Mobile or landline so cant do it. I would like an actual person to talk to on an actual Customer Service phone line if such a thing exists anymore please. Can anyone help me with that?

Good luck with that. Sky arts the worst provider we've ever had, useless. We're currently on 44mps and can't get to Suresh to anybody about it....
