Lost fibre order twice

Well second no show from open reach. After 2 hours on the phone it seems sky never processed the order again. Seems a problem with moving from gfast to full fibre. Not impressed with the service.

Yes, that's been highlighted in repeated posts.

 

Is your current G.fast with Sky or another ISP?

Historically Sky didn't have a route from G.fast to FTTP and their sales system simply rejected orders even though full fibre was available at the property from other ISPs.  We've been told there is now a pathway (without having to downgrade to FTTC first) but I wouldn't be surprised if it's glitchy.

Apparently the orders are not getting a correct number added. So the order just sits there while the customer is given an install date which never happens.
