Loss of DSL signal?

On the 31st of October, we moved to Sky Broadband as our new service provider.

For the first 9 days, we had service (and even up to 50Mbps).

On 10/11/2024, at 2am, we lost broadband and it's never come up again.

The white hub has a green, slowly flashing green light.  When I unplug the Dal cable (the cable that links the modem/router to a BT phone plug), the box will show a red light.

This seems to indicate the modem knows about the wire being present, but not being able to out data over it?  Can somebody confirm this assertion.

I have called Sky, they can't see my sky router (obvs) and suggested removing the microfilter and using a "purple to white connector"-cable.

This made zero difference.

I've logged on to the admin web page, given the box a full reset, no difference.

I am convinced that there is simply no provisioning on the line, but Sky have reported there is nothing they can do, but wait for their network team to deal with this.

ETA is Thursday 15th so that's 5 days without Internet.

1.  What do folks suggest to troubleshoot?

2.  Should I break the contract?
