Losing connection

Hi my.tv keeps saying this channel is currently affected by a problem with your satalite signal it comes back on for a few seconds then goes of again. It's been doing this since yesterday.

It's not a broadband issue (where you've originally posted). Do you have Sky+ or Sky Q as the answer will be different depending on which you have?
