My los light is red and I have no internet at all

When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. You don't receive advance notification of this from Sky or Openreach. Hopefully it'll be back up and running before 7am.

@Joanne157 if the LOS light is still red by now there is a fault in the fibre connection between the hub and the exchange which if the online service checker is not offering to book an engineer after following through the prompts then call Sky yourself so they can get an engineer on the job.
