Loosing wifi connection

Hi, we have only had sky broadband but we are noticing on our phones that the wifi is dropping out and our phones go back to mobile data and is using our mobile data allowance. This is disappointing, can this be fixed?

Yes, swipe down on your mobile phone screen, and turn mobile data off when your in the house.
