Slow wifi in rooms other than my hub, how do i improve it?

Hi. Sky installed last friday afternoon.  Seems to be good in the room where the hub is but poor in other areas of the house.   Ive done the checks in the sky app and for some devices its stating poor but no guidance how to resolve. Help much appreciated as i work from home, my home office is upstairs and my hub is downstairs.

Sorry if misunderstanding but what do you mean?  I'm aware I have poor connection to devices, I've given some context.  Yes before anyone suggests it I have switched hub on and off.  All of my devices have worked on multiple WiFi networks.

Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.

Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.
