Loosing wi-fi connection to my devices

Over the past few weeks I have been loosing wi-fi connection to several of my devices.  When this happens I have to reset my router before my devices will reconnect.  This seems to happen mostly overnight but just recently it has been happening during the day too.  This morning I have even had to completely reinstall my doorbell camera before it would connect.

It obviously is not a problem with the position of the router as it has worked fine for the past year and once I  have reset the router I am getting a good wi-fi signal on all my devices.

@Denys1 Take a look at the tips link below, what you are describing is more off a wireless wi-fi interference type issue with wireless area busy, that can happen in flats, appartments, homes close by, but the stat's should you wish to post them up would allow a look at incase it is a line issue!

How to read your Sky Hub statistics

Re: Loosing wi-fi connection to my devices

I have had a look at the statistics, they mean absolutely nothing to me but there is no mention of 'noise' at all.  We don't live in flats but we can see the neighbours Wi-fi when I scan for connection. I wouldn't think that would have just started causing a problem after all this time though.

@Denys1 There will not be any if you are on a fttp service with a WANoE connection.

How often do you need to reset to get back to square 1.

Re: Loosing wi-fi connection to my devices

This past few days I have had to reset the router once or twice a day. I was thinking something was wrong with the router but I know nothing about this sort of thing.

Re: Loosing wi-fi connection to my devices

@Denys1 Let's do it the other way, when you are not connected what do you see on the hub, there are 4 lights, Normal is all Green. when you have a problem just explain what you see. They go power, internet, wifi and voice, left to right looking at them...

When I  have the problem, all 4 lights are green, this is one of the things I don't understand. To look at the router it all looks ok.

Re: Loosing wi-fi connection to my devices

@Denys1 Try switching your hub off for a couple hours at a time when you do not need to use it, see if that helps the hub path a different way on the network or if your condition still persist's!
