Loosing connection
Hi, My wifi keeps dropping out on my mobile and I'm told that I'm 'connected without Internet'. This has happened since I upgraded Sky but is getting worse. I've tried everything online but have ended up going round and round in circles. I need personal, human help. Why can't I talk to someone?

@Dypevag at 4am the most probable cause is overnight maintenanceby Openreach if so the service will return by morning. Sky's lines open by 8am so you can call after then but check if they already know about an outage affecting your line in the Service Checker in tge My Sky app before doing so.
