No connection to WiFi. Last light is red on box

@Fran63 assuming you have a black Sky hub the last light is the digital phone service. Where thst is off but the hub has a green internet light power down the hub for at least 30 minutes and reconnect which should clear the fault. If it doesn't call Sky.
