Loosing connection/poor connection

Ever since I have changed from BT to Sky, I have been having poor connection or loosing connection when I am on my work Teams calls or just generally browsing on my phone.
I was told that this Sky broadband I take out would be much faster than what I had previously with BT. But instead I have been having trouble ever since I changed over to Sky. I left it a while, thinking maybe it's a new line and needs time to settle down. But the problem keeps going on and getting worse actually.

@Rasna  Is this only devices connected to the Wi-Fi that you are having issues with or is it also devices connected by hardwire or ethernet.

Re: Loosing connection/poor connection

Hi, it's mainly WiFi related (teams calls, mobile phone). However, the connection I have on my device that is via hardwire, is also slower than before

@Rasna  Where is your router kept and do you have a good signal throughout the property?

Re: Loosing connection/poor connection

The router is kept in the living room. The same place as my previous router from BT
