3 to 4 times a day we loose connection. We turn off a the plug for 30 seconds. We press the reset buttom for 30 seconds, but still this is happening. What else can I do?

You can run the service checker using 4g/5g mobile data and it will run diagnostics

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Thank you. I have done so and it doesn't find a fault. This is because at the minute it is ok. I'm not sure that I can run the test when the internet is down can?!

If it finds an external fault it should let you book an appointment directly to openreach
