Loose connection box on telegraph pole

The telegraph pole that has our broadband connection box is in my garden.  You can see from the photo that the cover to the box is open.  Our internet seems to go off when its raining heavily or in high winds.  I dont know if this is the problem and the connections in the box are getting wet or rusty?  Is this a Sky or Openreach issue?  I have no idea how to contact Openreach, they don't seem to have a forum such as this one.

Any help would be appreciated.

Openreach isn't a public-facing business: their clients are the ISPs rather than end users.

They do however have a portal for reporting damage to infrastructure here:

https://www.openreach.com/help-and-support/damage-health-and-safety

If Openreach won't accept a report that way (or don't act on it) then you'll need to go through fault logging with Sky to get Openreach attention.

I'd also have to say that given the apparent state of that pole, they may not be permitted to climb it.
