Internet constantly dropping out

Internet drops out every ten minutes or so (orange lights on internet and voice). Online service checker says everything is fine but clearly it's not? Tried rebooting hubs, made no odds.

@Rebecca101  Are you running the broadband test when your broadband is up and working or are you running it when it is clearly down?
