Long wait for activation
I ordered the sky hub last Saturday, and originally it said activation on February 14th, which was a long enough wait, but now it is saying 17th Feb.
My understanding is they just send out a router as no engineer is needed so I'm just looking for information on why this is due to take so long? Is there any way to speed the process up?

Re: Long wait for activation
The minimum lead in time is normally 14 days. It's not unusual for it to take a little longer. My son signed up to fttp on 23 November and it was activated on 17 December.
