WiFi unable to connect

Hi we have issues with our WiFi, all of us are unable to connect , I have done the test and all appears good, we tried to connect to it but it's saying we are unable to connect and it seems not recognising

@Jarmila it is unclear what your issue is. If this is a new service thst has not started on the day you were given call Sky as they should becablecto help.
