Find out more@Quincy222 if you are on a service delivered by fibre to your home - there is a white ONT box which connects to your hub - the issue cannot be interference outside your home. However if your "fibre" service is delivered over a copper phone line it can be something outside your home causing the line to drop.
To help diagnose your problem can you post your hub's connection stats and describe what happens to the lights on the hub and INT if you have one when you lose connection. See
