Long term wifi issue

Hi guys, After a year or so of my wifi going down on a Monday evening at about 5pm and countless calls to sky. I’ve completely ran out of ideas to try and fix my issue as have they. Has anyone had a similar issue they were able to resolve. I do have a fair few devices, but only really use it for web browsing and streaming Netflix etc. I’m on the fastest fibre sky currently do. It doesn’t seem to coincide with anything coming on at that time. Thanks

@Quincy222 if you are on a service delivered by fibre to your home - there is a white ONT box which connects to your hub - the issue cannot be interference outside your home. However if your "fibre" service is delivered over a copper phone line it can be something outside your home causing the line to drop.

To help diagnose your problem can you post your hub's connection stats and describe what happens to the  lights on the hub and INT if you have one when you lose connection. See
