Hub delivery

I'm a new  sky customer and my hub is meant  to arrive on Friday 

Only problem is old tenants may still be there moving their stuff so what  happens if the hub comes and nobody there to receive it as engineer comming  on tue don't know if it  would be re- delivered in time  so would I have to pay

@Mortimer60 the postman should leave a card to enable you to collect the hub but you will be sent a tracking number when the parcel is sent so you may be able to hold the delivery. However given there are post strikes on wednesday and Thursady it is likely to be delayed or Sky may use DPD where you can getvthe delivery held
