When using the wifi it can take quite a long time to download emails or content on the phone. When using the fire stick in the top
bedroom it can not work or takes a long time for programs to download when selected.

The My Sky app acoonection testvwill give you the currentvspeed to the hub togetgercwithe history over tge last couple of weeks if thst is tge issue the test should offer an dngineer to checknthe line.
If however it is poor wifi which is auite likely innthe case of a firestick in a top bedroom that is not under Sky's control and in many homes a single free hub is not going to give decent wifi in every room. Options are to buy one of Sky's add on packabes like Wifi Max which can grt you extrnders or to buy your own kit.

The test says that everything is 'good' but I can be next to the hub and it still takes a while for emails to download etc.

Same problem here, the app doesnt diagnose any issues and tells me all connections are good. However, emails dont upload, apps cant load... following the thread for any helps and tips
