Login router

Can anyone from sky assist cannot log into router to check devices on wifi etc etc? Have tried to log in with admin and password etc etc doesn't work  and can see from looking in community I'm not the only one who cannot log in to their own account!

Depends what you are trying to log into. Your routers admin area at 192.168.0.1 can be accessed using Username: admin & Password: sky OR your default WiFi password.

If you are trying to access your Sky account to run tests then you need to use your Sky ID & Password that was setup originally.

I have same problem, no username or password combination works. I've reset the router but nothing will allow me to log in to change the WIFI channel. really need to get smart bulbs setup!!!

Yes also can't log into 192.168.0.1 with any combo of passwords how do you access?

@Tipsy+Tommy Would stick an http ://192.168.0.1 take the space out between the p and the colon.... All from the tips above....

I can get to the login fine lol just no combo of usernames passwords work... username admin password sky/admin/password/wifi password...

@Tipsy+Tommy The User Name is admin just as you see it nothing else no caps no varients....

The password depends on the hub type, sky Q is the word sky as you see it, the upright SR203 Sky Broadband hub is the wifi user name think it is marked as password on the label that is UNLESS you have changed it previously, and has to be exact as you see it!

Yes oddly the password was the WiFi username not the WiFi password!? Bizarre didn't even think of that combo lol
