With all Sky Hubs, you can separate the 2.4Ghz & 5Ghz bands with the exception of Sky Max router which doesn't allow one to separate the wireless bands.
If you are having difficulty with the username and password and cannot remember what it has been changed to then do a factory reset by pressing the reset button for 30 seconds.

Thank you. I thought it was something all routers could do, I think I will stick with the (hopefully) better router and connection speeds.

The log in is always username as admin and the password for older hubs like the flat variety is the word sky. The upright type is the default wifi passcode on the label it doesnt change if you change the wifi passcode yourself as it's a separate setting.

I have hit the reset button but still not admin / sky, I think someone has changed it so I can't get in. How do I reset? Will I need to ring sky?

@Jules9906 as you have found the user configurable settings for the white SR213 hub are in the My Sky app so you dont need to access the hub's web interface.
