I made an order for upgraded broadband but missed my delivery

Hi I made an upgrade on my broadband, but missed my delivery of equipment. Please can I arrange for this to be sent out again

Have you checked your orders in your my sky app.  Locate the tracking number and contact royal mail in the uk.

 

If its returned to sky we can escalate this to sky
