Log into captive wifi

Since the high winds and bad weather at the weekend the WiFi has been barely on. The router has been unplugged a few times and plugged back in with no success. 
it keeps popping up with a 'log into captive WiFi' page but on there are three images for what type of connection the router has and doesn't help get the issue fixed. 

i had some decent connection for about half an hour last night once I had turned on the Q box and reset with the WPS button but that dropped out after a while too.

 

the lights on the router are either a really dim green on the internet or off completely.

@PookyRugby if you sre losing connection and the connection test in the My Sky app is not reporting a known fault in your area call Sky and report the problem.
